trails and other roads i want to travel

The quest to find the best view of the Northern Lights leads me straight to Norway.  I've been eagerly awaiting this trip and plan to embark upon this journey in early 2027.  I plan to visit the cities of Oslo, Bergen, and Tromso, and will take the Bergen Train which has been called the most scenic train ride in the world.

Starting in Boston and driving north, along the coast of Maine was another fun trip to plan.  We will visit the cities of Kennebunkport, Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Boothbay Harbor, Rockland, Acadia National Park, and will wrap up in Bangor.  I want to see just how many lighthouses we can find, too.   

I have visited Italy before, but I would love to return to explore and experience the smaller towns.  I want to taste the food and the wine.  I want to smell the breeze on the countryside.  I want to hear the wind rustle the grape leave in the wineries.  And I want to see as much of the architecture as possible.

This once-in-a-lifetime trip will be nothing short of spectacular.  From the flight to Argentina, crossing the equator and the infamous Drake Passage, this cruise will be like no other cruise I have been on.
